Twitter is divided over new changes

One user suggested in the comments section that the new recommendations were great so they should be able to turn them off, but users should have 100% full control.

Another user, Mason Pelt, told Musk to serve the feed of the people he follows as his default feed.

Twitter user Kambry said he just wants his reach and engagement back.

Twitter user Jeff Quattromani asked Musk who was asking for it. He suggested adding an option to reliably translate the tweets of people he follows, but tweet recommendations weren’t on any of his lists of wishes.

However, a Twitter user named Jason called it a clever idea and predicted it would increase cross-cultural empathy and joy. Another user said he wanted to see the line dividing them eventually blur.

That’s the user reaction.
