New Delhi: On Thursday, Twitter suspended the account of Pranay Pathhole, a 24-year-old IT professional from India. He’s been Elon Musk’s Twitter friend for years.
The microblogging platform also suspended the Twitter owner’s Silicon Valley account for violating its policies.
“I’m digging into this now,” Musk tweeted.
Pathhole’s account was also suspended for violating Twitter’s rules.
In August, Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, met up with a Twitter buddy from Pune at his Gigafactory in Texas.
Pahor, who works as a software developer at Tata Consultancy Services, said it was great to meet Musk in person.
“It was great to meet @elonmusk at the Gigafactory in Texas. I have never seen someone so humble and down to earth. You are an inspiration to millions,” he said. tweeted and posted a photo of the mask.
Musk and Pathhole have been friends on Twitter since 2018, discussing a myriad of topics from space to cars and more.
In May, Musk said he did not run Pahoor’s Twitter account.
