New Delhi: Airtel changed plans. The popular telecom company has removed a free subscription to OTT platform Amazon Prime Video from one prepaid plan. The company previously offered a free subscription to Amazon Prime with all four prepaid recharge plans. There are currently only three company plans left that offer Prime Video subscriptions. Not only this, but Wynk Music, 30 days of free Hello Tunes for Amazon Prime Mobile Edition were offered with the plan.
The company is now removing free access to Prime Video from this plan. However, all other benefits remain the same. This plan is valid for 365 days, i.e. one year. Now this plan is also listed on the company’s official website without a Prime subscription. Previously, the company also removed some recharge plans for his Disney+ Hotstar subscription.
Currently, only three prepaid plans from Airtel offer free access to Amazon Prime. This includes plans of Rs 3359, Rs 999 and Rs 699. Let me tell you that the plan of Rs 3359 also has a 1 year validity period. Now, along with Prime, you get a free subscription to Disney + Hotstar for one year. On top of this, you also get unlimited calls, 2.5 GB of data per day, and 100 free SMS every day.
The company’s decision leaves Airtel users with fewer plans to take advantage of Prime subscription benefits. The user can choose any of his three remaining plans at his convenience.
