Drones builds Largest ‘Happy New Year 2023’, creates Guinness World Record– Watch video here

New Delhi: Guinness World Records are set left, right and center in Ras Al Khaimah, the emerging commercial and tourism hub of the United Arab Emirates. The Northern Emirates won two more on December 31, 2022, when a glittering New Year spectacle captivated thousands of onlookers.

More than 670 drones lit up the night sky, and pyrotechnic fireworks mixed with nano-lights and kaleidoscopic eruptions of color, some reaching heights of 1,100 meters. 458 drones have set world records so far. According to The National News, the floating display moved 4.7 kilometers to the electronic beat. After the drone concludes the video with the largest “Happy New Year 2023” greeting, the Rakasida logo, which symbolizes the desert, sea and mountains, appears. Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority CEO Raki Phillips said in a statement: “Ras Al Khaimah has once again proven itself as a premier destination that welcomes people from all over the world.

This year is a great start to what is expected to be a very exciting and busy year for us as we work to make Ras Al Khaimah a must-see destination in 2023. Ras Al Khaimah operated a multirotor/drone with simultaneous pyrotechnic display.

According to news estimates, around 30,000 people visited UAE cities to ring in the New Year.
