Apple launched the new HomePod (2nd generation) on Wednesday. The new HomePod is a powerful smart speaker that promises next-level acoustics in a gorgeous design. Powered by Apple innovations and Siri intelligence, it delivers advanced computational audio for groundbreaking listening experiences, including support for immersive spatial audio tracks.
The new Apple HomePod (2nd Gen) can be ordered at apple.com/in/store starting today (18th January) for Rs 32,900 and will be available from Friday (3rd February). HomePod comes in new colors White and Midnight, made from 100% recycled mesh fabric and comes with a matching woven power cable.
The new HomePod is compatible with iPhone SE (2nd generation) and newer, or iPhone 8 and newer running iOS 16.3 and newer, iPad Pro, iPad (5th generation) and newer, iPad Air (3rd generation) and newer. Models, iPad mini (5th generation) and later models with iPadOS 16.3.
Users can listen to a catalog of over 100 million songs on Apple Music, experience spatial audio on a single HomePod or stereo pair, and create a home theater experience on Apple TV 4K. Siri allows users to access a wealth of musical knowledge and search by artist, song, lyric, era, genre, mood, or activity.
